Pt. 1: We went for a fun jike up to Pawnee Pass on the Divide in the Indian Peak Wilderness (IPW) just out of the Brainard Lakes parking area. We could not stifle the ski-stoke; everything looks steep and fun for spring skiing, and we are brainstorming training for multi-day ski tours up there. The running was great, sunny, and not too breezy as well.
