Just realized, November marks 2 years straight of skiing every month! Happy Anniversary to us and our skis. We are going to try to do a similar tradition with climbing (i.e. climbing outside once a month every month for as long as possible). So on Sunday, we got in our November climbing.
Ski-wise: On Saturday, we toured up to Hidden Valley with our friend D and found turns so excellent for pre-Thanksgiving that we took 3 laps despite some nasty wind. On Sunday, we toured up to the Arapahoe Lakes drainage out of East Portal...turns were less excellent, but it was good to check in and see how things are setting up for the season. Then we drove down to Boulder Canyon and got a pitch in before sushi. Now that's a good weekend.
