Dill being in town gave us a great opportunity this weekend to head back to the 14ers just outside of Alma, CO and spend some time up high. The weather tried to dampen our spirits but we persevered and were able to increase Dill's 14er count by 500%! 35 mph winds, low visibility, and snowy scree couldn't keep us from bagging the DeCaLiBron (Democrat, Cameron, Lincoln, and Bross (sort of)). Turns out Mt. Bross remains closed as a land dispute is still being ironed out, but we were able to get within about 100 feet of the summit, so we figured we would count it.
